Review: Runner Runner

Hi!

Hello all, what a day~ Shuuuuhhhhh.. Now I am going to make a review again! Usually I'll make a review after watching that movie so basically these reviews will be base on my own opinion. :)

Last friday, my two friends and I were watching Runner Runner!!!!
The main actors are Ben Affleck and Justin TImberlake. Meanwhile the main actress is no more than the actress of Hansel and Gretel, Gemma Arterton.

The story is all about- A Princeton grad student finds himself caught between the FBI and a malevolent online gambling tycoon in this thriller from The Lincoln Lawyer director Brad Furman. A whiz at the virtual-poker table, bright young Ivy Leaguer Richie (Justin Timberlake) had nearly raised enough cash to pay his tuition when he lost it all in the blink of an eye. Convinced that he's been cheated and determined to confront the swindler, Richie hops a plane to Costa Rica, and comes face-to-face with online gambling mogul Ivan Block (Ben Affleck), who introduces him to a world of wealth and privilege. Meanwhile, the FBI has been watching Ivan, and attempts to strong-arm Richie into turning informant. With Richie's help they could bring Ivan's illegitimate empire crashing to the ground. But who's more dangerous, the entrepreneur who feeds his enemies to crocodiles, or the agents who seem like they're willing to break the law in order to uphold it? Gemma Arterton and Anthony Mackie co-star. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

(I just copy it :P)
Last scene of this movie. :DDD

For me personally this movie is awesome. Even a bit cliche because it's about the hero been trapped in the game of the big boss. AND the hero need to get away from that life. In order to do so, he need to defeat the big boss and getting help from the another bad guy. Some sort of like that. However I need to give certain merits for this movie because no 18sx scenes which actually NOT necessary as well as not too many sexy ladies. Yeah, even so the hero did got a scene of kissing passionately with the heroin. :P Hahahaha.. but it's still controllable scenes. Which actually you can focus on the story line and not some cheap gimmicks that always being inserted into action movies. So thumbs up for Leornado Di Caprio and Ben Affleck for the good movie.

To be frank, I actually hate Ben Affleck in this movie!!!! OMG, in this movie, he really annoyed the hell out of me! Huh.. stress much. But still I favour him in real life. Hahaha.. Not to forget that I really love Justin Timberlake and Gemma!!! Okay, of course I love Justin with the "suit & tie, suit & tie" and "mirrors" and another of his songs~ Oh gosh~ For Gemma, I love her since Prince of Persia!!!

Okay back to the story, have fun in watching this movie. ^^v

Cucur Keju!!!! Hue hue hue.. ^^

Haiiiiiiiiiii~~

Saya rasa sangat gembira sangat-sangat sebab semalam saya dan Khadijah masak cucur keju Adabi!!!

Haaaaa.. Tadaaaa...
Gambar agak kabur sebab ambil dari laman sesawang.
Anda cuma perlu ikut arahan kat belakang pakej sahaja. Hahahaha, sebaik sahaja membacuh tepung, tak sempat hendak mengambil gambar. :P

:PPPPP

Tanah tumpah darahku MALAYSIA. <3 <3 <3

Fried Chicken that almost similar to KFC's Fried chicken

I did copy this from Yahoo! Shine [I can't remember what topic it is!]

So I just want to share back this recipe.. :D Enjoy it~

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
4 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon French thyme, ground
1 tablespoon dried sweet basil, ground
1 teaspoon oregano, ground
1 tablespoon Jamaica ginger, ground (regular ground ginger will work too)
2 cups buttermilk
2 2 ½- 3 lb. chickens, cut into 8 pieces each
Vegetable oil for frying (canola and peanut oil work too)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Set aside.
Put chicken and buttermilk in two large plastic Ziploc bags or a flat dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours, turning every 30 minutes. This tenderizes the meat as well as removes any blood.
When ready to cook, remove chicken pieces from buttermilk, shake off excess liquid. Toss with dry ingredients. The chicken should be lightly covered, but it's okay if there are a few missed spots. You can also shake chicken with the dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.
Fill a large, heavy bottomed skillet or deep pot with enough oil to cover halfway up the largest piece of chicken. Heat oil to 325-350 degrees. If you don't have a cooking thermometer, wait for small bubbles to form.
Adjust heat so the oil bubbles are steady but not too rapid. Working in two or more batches, place the coated chicken in the hot oil. After about eight minutes, the chicken will be golden brown underneath. Turn over once and cook for an additional eight minutes or until nicely browned on both sides. The cooking process will agitate the pieces slightly, so you don't need to shift them around in the pan.
After frying, place chicken on a metal sheet tray covered in a paper towel and transfer to 200-degree oven to keep warm until serving. The chicken will stay moist for up to an hour.

That's all.. Tata~
