Zhariff's Graduation of Brainy Bunch 2013

Assalammualaikum and hello peeps. :) Today is a very special day when Zhariff (Khadijah's brother) is graduating from Brainy Bunch. He's five~

Brainy Bunch is an Islamic Montessori which it's awesome. This montessori is very special as it got it's own syllabus in teaching children before they enter lower grade or primary school. Oh my~ I miss my old time when I was in private school (more to my pre-school) before. :/ Okay cut the emo part. Let's move to the graduation time.

Programmes for today. :D
Oh, before I forgot, I kept something private and making less details in this entry as too precise location is not good. Hee~ Just know that the graduation did took place today. And heyyyyy, I managed to take some videos of performance with a cut version. Yes~ I am lazy to take all the videos in full duration because I need to see it lively~

By the way, even it's Zhariff's graduation day, he also need to perform on the stage. As well as Muhammad (Khadijah's youngest brother), he also need to perform. CUTEEEEEE~

Let's go through some of the pictures okay~

I'm hungry.. ;(

Zhariff is actually drinking strawberry dutchlady milk which we don't know who's the owner. Khadijah at that time is forcing Zhariff to drink it till finish. Luckily he's not in the mood to drink it all. Because, the actual story is that Pak Cik Sabirin (Khadijah's father) asked her to throw it away as the drink was left open in the middle of the aisle, but because of some miscommunication, Khadijah tought that the drink was meant for Zhariff. Hahahahaha~

Mak Cik (Khadijah's mother) said  towards both Khadijah and Pak Cik, "If Zhariff is about to get a stomach ache, you guys are the one who'll be blame". Hee~

The best part of the story is when Zhariff and Ariff were having their breakfast while Muhammad was still sleeping. Ariff was eating his cereal with boxed milk while Zhariff chose bottled milk. After Khadijah saw that Zhariff still hanging around with his breakfast, she asked why did he don't want to finished his breakfast. Zhariff in innocent manner, "The cereal got no sugar".

Khadjah in strict manner, "Zhariff, please taste it again. It should have sugar inside it!"

Zhariff, "Hmmm, kakak (sister) please taste it for me then, seriously it doesn't have sugar"

Khadijah, "hmm..", She spilled the milk. The milk went bad already in the first place..*ROTTEN MILK Alert*

Hahahaha~ XD

Poor Zhariff because he drank two spoiled milk today.. hope he's fine. So far while I'm typing this, no complaint so far. Hope he'll be fine. :D

The last video, a slide show showing the students' infant photos.. hee~ it's more cuter. XD

It is quite an interesting day to spend some time with Khadijah's family during Zhariff's graduation. Sadly I didn't manage to snap a picture of Arif, the another younger brother of Khadijah. And somehow, I even  forgot to take my own selfie.. heh heh heh.. It was too fun to watch these precious future leaders having their moment. In addition, it's a sad day for me because I am too emoing thinking that I should be a child back. Hahaha, seriously.. (T^T)

After the graduation, we go to mamak restaurant (indian muslim foods restaurant) at Seksyen 2 Shah Alam Selangor. Of course again I forgot to take another selfie nor our pictures. OMG so bad-so bad~ Maybe I was too excited to watch the younger brothers quarreling, fighting, playing and helping each other. That should be their precious time together because no body knows what the future will hold right? The foods were fine and okay~ I'm totally full.. hue hue hue~

Seriously it was a major troublesome when I'm uploading my videos. The video can't be more than 100mb.. say what???? Yeah so I've to cut the videos instead of compressing it because I can't remember where is my compressor in this laptop.. huhhhh.. <(''=/..\='')>

So far that's all for morning part of the day's story.

Tata~

Words of the day - 3

Hey ho~ I am excited over something..

I've mention before about this yet I still want to share it. Because I dreamt about a "person" which I never thought that I would dreamt about this anonymous (heh heh heh) person in 4 consecutive days. Unbeliveable~ Oh gosh, seriously if it's true (I wish so!!!!!), I would be the happiest person in my own world :p .

That's all~ Tata

Review : Calanthe Art Restaurant + Story

Hi guys~

I want to share the glamourous Calanthe Art Restaurant. This Restaurant is situated at Jalan Hang Kasturi, 75200 Malacca, Malaysia.

Calanthe

It's quite hard to find it if you are a first timer because this restaurant located in the area of small roads at the town. If I am not mistaken, if you can find Baba Nyonya shop and Portugese Restaurant, it's easy to look over this shop. Just make your eyes widen.  But if you can't find it, contact the shop directly via this number +60 6-292 2960. By the way, this restaurant do servealcohol drinks but the foods are halal
and some of the drink is free alcohol. On top of that, this restaurant is smoke free so
don't smoke here okay.. ;) and don't worry because there is no pork and no lard.

I think we should move to the foods and drinks. As it's famous in Malacca, this restaurant offers variety of all  types of coffee states in Malaysia. But for me they choose what's the best. Because it would be so hard to imitate the real coffee taste aite??

Let's go through the foods and drinks that my friends and I chose.. :D * they took the menu before I managed to share it with you guys.. (*^*)

Kurma Mutton with rice

Strawberry lassi

Mango lassi

For me personally the drinks were awesome because the taste really can quenched your thirst and explode the taste---> overrated but it's true. They give you the real drinks. As per suggestion, do go for the coffees and yogurt drinks. Both are fabolous~

And the desserts also feel so nice to eat. This is a perfect place for chit chatting, tea break or loitering.. hee~

However, they do prepare some heavy meal like rice sets and some add on like spring rolls and nuggets. But sadly the foods are not up to my standard. It lacks of taste but not too bad because some people might want to eat a bit light taste. Still I would recommend you to go this restaurant.

ANDDDDDDDDDD I can't share the menus properly, so I would like to share some design you can look forward in Calanthe Art:

This is a painting of the shop which shows the unique place

Counter side~ the design always change

One of the walls design

The giraffe statute outside part of the restaurant

13 states coffees as the HIGHLIGHT MENUS
Overall the design is so abstract, full of things, colourful and interesting to look at. You won't be bored at the restaurant and you will be always want to take pictures in all corner possible. There's a lot and you just don't want to miss to have these memories~ [It happens to me and my friend was embarrassed because I force him to take my pictures.. heh heh heh.. ^o^]

Since the title mention it's a review and story, I guess I should move on with the storyyyyyy~ We went to Calanthe Restaurant with a group of five. We are me, Khadijah, Cho Seng, Lalith and Kumar. The five of us went to sponsorship things for our LAW NIGHT. After the exhausted day, we decided to have some 'yum cha' or afternoon tea~ it's some sort of tea break actually. Malaysian loves 'yum cha'.. The person who suggested this place is Cho Seng and he droves all along the way. The best part was, Cho Seng parked the car so far from the restaurant and he reasoned our questioned by saying that it's hard to get a parking nearby.

Of course we will be just fine with that. But~~ it's hurting my leg because I need to walk far by wearing high heels. Can YOU imagine that??? Aiyoohhhhhh.. Killing my legs softly. The funny part was when we pass across the road, there were so many parking despite of the busy town small road area.. =.='' Oh Gosh, why all of us so paranoid in looking for parking. Sighhhh~ but it's a good experience because we walked like a tourist with black and white attire (look professional.. :P only if people knew that we're just a law student ONLY). I admitted that I saw the town area in different view and exciting because we're always use cars to go to the shops. Never wonder that it's worthed to walk a miles for an amazing discovery. :D

At last, only Kumar didn't eat because he's too sleepy~ BEHOLD~ My companies for that day:

Khadijah

Kumar

Lalith

Cho Seng

It's me~

The five!!!

I love our background. Wish all of you can view in a live version.

This is the view entrance of Calanthe~ It's so nice~

What I just want to comment about the whole thing is they should not take the menu so fast. People might still want to look over to the menu. Who knows people might order some more foods?? And if the customer want to keep the menu for a while, let them be. Because for this type of customer like me, we would love to see what's interesting inside and we always planned what should we eat next time. haihhhhh.. =.=''

Furthermore, please do some light setting, for me it's too dark in one side that I don't have the appetite to eat my food. Luckily the drink of  Strawberry Lassi boost my appetite~ Anyway still this restaurant can make my eyes stick to you~~

Instagram picture~
Oh yes guy, this is the FB link https://www.facebook.com/calanthe.melaka

p/s: In the car ongoing  to Calanthe, I was sitting next to Kumar. Kumar fall asleep and his head fall on top of my shoulder. I was so shocked and reflex in saying loudly to him, "Hahahaha, Kumar.. are you sleeping??". The rest were laughing so hard and Cho Seng can't focus on driving. Even Khadijah can't control her laugh even she's pitying Kumar. Lalith was the worst, he laughed and started to hit the dashboard uncontrollably. OMG it's hilarious. And I just kept staring at Kumar while laughing so hard. Kumar in the other way while in sleepy mode, "Oh no i'm not sleeping". Oh Gosh.. XD

I guess that day was not so bad by having these amazing people around. :D

So do visit Calanthe Art restaurant okay~
That's all for my review and story for this entry. :D Tata~

PERMASA UM 2013 - Charity Concert in link with MERCY Malaysia

Hello and hi guys. :)

Hmm this post is a bit different from the rest as I am helping my dearest friend Ms Rima Atria to promote her event on Charity Concert held by her university - University of Malaya.

I'll just copy paste her friend's description about the event as I am not joining the event management. Do spend your time to read Ms Nova Sheila's story:

"So the story goes: Sabahans being Sabahans..we LOVE Gatherings a.k.a Keramaian a.k.a ARAMAITI. Especially, if given the chance to showcase our culture in forms of our native attire, dance, and songs in order to raise funds for CHARITY. We got our chance, and garnered enough manpower to put on a concert in aid of MERCY Malaysia (SABAH).

All profits from the concert will proceed to MERCY Malaysia where it will be channeled to fund their trips to the interior and less fortunate part of Sabah. MERCY is a non- profit organisation which provides medical relief, sustainable health development and risk reduction activities within vulnerable communities in Malaysia and internationally in crisis and non-crisis situation.

The setback is, we need more support on the financial side. Hence, we would like to appeal for your generous contribution...whoever you are reading this.

Please be assured that any amount of donation will go a long way in supporting the neediest and marginalized in our community. It will also go a long way in promoting unity among students and the population in general."

As a Malaysian especially and for you who are kind hearted, do contribute for God may repay you in other different way. If you got anything to ask do contact the above mentioned or PM her in FB
https://www.facebook.com/rima.atria?fref=ts (Rima Atria Japarin) for more.

p/s: I do reserve a T-shirt from Rima which only cost RM 20. Do PM her before it's long gone. :D

That's all, Tata~
